BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

The beneficiaries of the project are two hospitality establishments (a B&B and a Residence) and a chauffeur-driven rental agency. Located in San Cassiano, in Alta Badia, within the stunning Dolomites, these businesses have been operating in their respective sectors for over 40 years. Due to the ever-changing tourism market and the increasingly specific demands of clients, professionals in the sector face the need to innovate and adapt to their guests or passengers. The project aims, through advanced training, to provide a new approach to hotel management and entrepreneurial activities in general, from managerial and administrative perspectives, as well as in customer care. The goal is to develop innovative skills that make these businesses increasingly competitive and able to offer an outstanding service within the region.
